Mau Mau is situated nearby Sala Apolo, Barcelona’s principal music venue. As such, it commonly serves as a pre-club or post-gig drinking destination. A converted warehouse space, a sophisticated feel now enlivens its interior with striking graphics and myriad projections decorating the walls.
Seating is comfortable, which is fortuitous, seeing as how regular film screenings draw crowds to sink into the cushions and sip on spirits while enjoying the show. On other nights, expect to hear funky jazz and house music from resident mixer, DJ Wakanda.
